Woll Diamond Lite pans have a two piece construction with an aluminium pan body and a 6mm steel base plate. The aluminium body helps to ensure an even heat distribution, while the steel base helps conduct and retain the heat whilst enabling a strong electro magnetic connection for induction hobs.
