Refunds and Returns
If you would like to return item please fill out the contact form below – we aim to respond to all correspondence within 2 working days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item(s) in an unused and original condition (as it was received by you) together with your proof of purchase to;

Returns must be received by us within 28 days of the original purchase and must be in the original condition and packaging.
The postage cost for a return (unless the item is faulty or damaged) is at your own expense. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until delivered, we recommend sending the goods to us by registered post.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned item(s).
Please note: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on perishable goods such as food, unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Regrettably items do get damaged in the post or just don’t work upon delivery, in these instances we will arrange for the item to be returned to us, replaced or refunded, whichever you prefer.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours and ensure that you send us a photo showing the damaged item within its packaging – upon receipt we’ll get in touch and find a resolution.
