Deliveries and Collections

Orders for delivery to UK mainland* addresses are delivered free of charge when an order is to the value of £40 and over. For orders below £40 a delivery charge of £3.98 will be applied at checkout.

We aim to despatch on the same day of ordering, except for Saturday/Sundays/Bank Holidays when we will despatch the next working day. Deliveries should take 2-4 working days from date of despatch.

For deliveries we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service, you will receive an email with tracking information that you can follow. We endeavour to follow the tracking ourselves but suggest that you get in touch with us if delivery has not been fulfilled within 1 week of ordering – please email us stating your order number.

Free Click & Collect is available at both stores in Woodbridge and Aldebrugh during normal opening hours – please select the best location at Checkout

When collecting an order (and to avoid queuing unnecessarily) please let us know you’ve ordered online and provide us with your order number and surname.

We are very happy to despatch goods to outside of the UK – if you require a non-UK delivery please contact us by email and we will confirm delivery options before you process an order.

*Exceptions may apply to items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations where the delivery cost maybe higher, we will contact you in this instance.
