This Wok is made from carbon steel so it heats up fast and you can get it really hot to give the true caramelised flavour. It has a flat bottom so you can use it on modern hobs, but it still has curvature and a smooth bowl shape. It is ideal for stir frying and deep frying and for making meals for 1 to 2.
