Compatible Signature Knives
Small slot: Vegetable/Paring (8cm, 10cm), Steak Knives (Plain or Serrated 10cm)
Medium slot: Utility (Serrated 12cm), Kitchen (12cm, 14cm), Flexible Filleting (16cm), Flexible Utility (16cm), Carving (20cm, 23cm), Bread (22cm)
Large slot: Cook’s Knife (12cm, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm, 20cm), Santoku (11cm, 14cm, 17cm)
