Simply add 100g sugar to a pan with the juice of 2 clementines and 1 sachet/teabag of spices. Add enough wine or cider to cover and simmer for 5 minutes .
Add remaining wine or cider ( about 1 litre in total) and warm through.
Suitable for Mulled wine, mulled cider & mulled apple juice
