Care and use
Before first use, wash all pieces in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. As these are enamelled, no seasoning is required.
Hand washing only. Let the cookware cool down gradually before washing with a soft sponge and mild soap, never use abrasive products. If food is sticking to the pan, simply fill with warm water and soak for a few minutes for easy removal, but avoid submerging the entire pan. Always dry thoroughly immediately after washing to protect the rim.
Always use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils, as metal tools will damage the enamel finish.
