Recomended for sharpening Global knives, this dual ceramic wheel knife sharpener will effortlessly hone your knife edge back to its full sharpness. 

Always sharpen the knife to its correct angle using the indents on each wheel. Draw the knife through the wheel approximately 8-10 times to restore sharpness.

Comes with two sharpening wheels, one for Coarse (white) and second for Medium (pink). Depending how blunt the knife, use the coarse and then medium wheels.

Add water into the base of the shapener to lubricate the wheels and ensure the best sharpening.
