This 26cm Chefs Pan is truly versatile, as it combines the functionality of a frying pan or wok and the capacity of a saucepan.
The wide mouth is great for reducing or thickening sauces, and the high sides can accommodate large amount of food.
The sloped sides and curved base of the pan allow for spoons, spatulas or whisks to reach the entire base when making dishes that need whipping or stirring.
Chefs Pan is ideal for sauteing, searing and making delicious sauces, as well as frying or stir-frying.
Handle
The ergonomic stainless-steel classic handle has been designed to provide the optimum length for best weightdistribution and provides great comfort during cooking and serving.
The handle stays cool during cooking, although it can get warmer closer to the rivets. A cloth or over glove would need to be used if the pan is used in the oven for any amount of time.
Suitability
You can use these pans on all types of hobs, including induction and can be used in an oven.
These pans are not suitable for dishwasher use.
